Our client, a fast-paced, cloud-native organization, is seeking an experienced and polished IT Support Specialist to provide high-touch support for their executive team. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact in a growth-oriented, post-IPO environment. We are looking for someone with a “Zoom-like” mindset—scalable, agile, and ready to elevate internal support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Deliver proactive, responsive, and professional IT support to C-suite and executive-level stakeholders. Ability to pivot quickly and provide high-touch service is essential.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on troubleshooting support, with a heavier focus on macOS environments, alongside Windows systems.
- Operations & Infrastructure: Assist with enterprise tool management, including Okta, MDM solutions, and Google Workspace.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee global onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the scaling and upleveling of internal IT support functions and procedures.
- Executive Presence: Must possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
- Experience: 3+ years of IT support experience, with a focus on impact and measurable accomplishments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in macOS and Windows environments; familiarity with Okta, MDM, and Google Workspace.
- Versatility: Proven experience supporting diverse functions and time zones.
- Mindset: High energy, initiative-driven, and adaptable. We are looking for someone eager to grow and creatively add value to the organization.
