Do you have
- Experience in providing IT support, including both phone and deskside services.
- Experience In Windows 11 device deployments
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Experience working in in local government (preferred).
