Do you have
  • Experience in providing IT support, including both phone and deskside services.
  • Experience In Windows 11 device deployments
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience working in in local government (preferred).
