Key Responsibilities Product & Systems Management

• Manage product configurations, templates and business rules
• Maintain product, pricing and specification data across multiple platforms
• Support new product introductions and lifecycle changes
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems

Reporting & Commercial Analysis

• Deliver reporting and insights that support business decision-making
• Conduct margin, cost variance and pricing analysis
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve business performance

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality
• Support system enhancements, integrations and optimisation projects
• Contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency, governance and user experience

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a passion for systems, data and process improvement.

• Experience in product configuration, systems administration, master data, ERP or CRM environments
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience managing large and complex datasets
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
