SAP Support Analyst (PP/MM/QM) Permanent Full-Time Role

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Support Analyst to join our team in a permanent capacity. This role will play a critical part in supporting and optimising our SAP environment, with a strong focus on SAP Production Planning (PP).

The successful candidate will act as the primary functional support resource for SAP PP, working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and business stakeholders to ensure system stability, continuous improvement, and effective delivery of business outcomes. Experience across SAP Quality Management (QM) and Materials Management (MM) is also essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on SAP professional who enjoys investigating issues, supporting users, driving enhancements, and contributing to ongoing SAP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support across SAP PP, MM and QM modules.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Production Planning (PP) and lead the resolution of complex production-related issues.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions and system enhancements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, problems and service requests.
• Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, warehouse and quality teams to optimise business processes.
• Support system upgrades, testing activities, change requests and enhancement projects.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation and user training materials.
• Collaborate with external vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to maximise SAP capability and business value.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential Experience

• Significant experience as an SAP Support Analyst, SAP Functional Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong SAP Production Planning (PP) experience, including configuration, support and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting production and manufacturing processes within SAP.
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP Materials Management (MM).
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Experience managing incidents, service requests, problem management and enhancement delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, consumer goods, food processing, mining or related industries.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of SAP integration points across Supply Chain, Procurement and Warehouse processes.
• Experience participating in SAP transformation, upgrade or optimisation projects.
