Support Engineer

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing team in Sydney, supporting a modern Microsoft environment and playing a key role in ensuring employees have the tools and support they need to succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to remain hands-on while expanding their exposure to cloud technologies, modern workplace solutions, and infrastructure support.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide end-user support across Microsoft technologies and workplace systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues
• Support and administer Microsoft Intune and Entra ID environments
• Manage device provisioning, endpoint management, and application deployments
• Administer and support SharePoint Online and collaboration technologies
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of service delivery
• Contribute to problem management and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure Support roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
• Hands-on experience supporting Intune and Entra ID
• Experience with device lifecycle management and endpoint administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
