This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Process Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of a major greenfield manufacturing facility in West Cork.
You'll join the project at an exciting stage and gain hands-on experience in the design, installation, commissioning and start-up of a state-of-the-art production site featuring advanced aseptic, UHT and high-hygiene processing technologies.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support key process engineering activities across the full project lifecycle.
- Drive the design, installation, commissioning and qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) of process systems.
- Work with advanced liquid processing technologies including blending, dosing, homogenisation, UHT sterilisation, CIP and water treatment systems.
- Support the implementation of automated material handling, robotics, conveyors and MES-integrated systems.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, Automation teams, EPCM partners and equipment suppliers.
- Participate in FAT/SAT testing, performance validation and process optimisation activities.
- Support CAPEX delivery, supplier management, technical evaluations and change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and engineering best practice standards.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in Process or Project Engineering within food, dairy, pharmaceutical, nutrition, FMCG or related manufacturing environments.
- Experience delivering CAPEX projects within greenfield and/or brownfield facilities.
- Strong understanding of liquid processing systems; aseptic or UHT experience would be a distinct advantage.
- Experience with commissioning and qualification activities including FAT/SAT and DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ.
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA and MES-controlled environments.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
