職務内容/Main missions:

日本のOEMの販売戦略を定義し、地域への展開を確実にする。
Define the sales strategy for Japanese OEM's and ensure deployment for the region.

JOEMの本社は日本にあるため、セールスマネージャー/ディレクターは、世界規模の販売戦略を定義し、展開を確実にする必要がある。
As JOEM's are headquartered in Japan, the Sales Manager/Director has to define the worldwide sales strategy and ensure deployment

目標を定め、販売実績を確実に達成する。
Ensure achievement of sales performance in line with agreed targets

ビジネス戦略と顧客の期待に応じて組織を構築し適応させる
Build & adapt the organization according to business strategy and customer expectations.

顧客との関係を管理
Manage the customer relationship, representing the product group in the region.

プロダクトマーケティングおよびR＆Dと協力して技術革新の時代に協業
Collaborates to Innovation Tech Days in co-operation with Product Marketing and R&D

すべてのJOEMの中期計画および予算プロセスをサポート。
Supports the Medium Term Plan and budget processes for all the JOEM's.

チームが製品と商業スキルについて適切なトレーニングを受けていることを確認.
Ensure the team has the adequate training on Products and on commercial skills

重要業績評価指標/Main KPI's:
管理：成長、売上高、市場シェア、受注、価格、顧客満足度、延滞
Manages: Growth, Turnover, Market shares, Order Intake, Price, Customer satisfaction, Overdues

顧客先：日産、三菱＋新規顧客開拓
Clients: Alliance [Nissan & Mitsubishi] + new client development.
 

Requirements

大卒以上　ビジネス、または工学系の学位、または同等程度
・University degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent
Education preferred :
・機械系、または電気系　Mechanical or Electrical
・ビジネス修士、または同等程度　Masters Degree in Business or equivalent

日本語　ネイティブレベル/Japanese Native
英語　　ビジネスレベル/English Business

自動車関連のセールス経験をお持ちの方、(トヨタ、ダイハツ、ホンダ、スズキ等経験者歓迎)
We are looking for a person with strong sales experience in automotive.(Toyota Daihatsu Honda Suzuki)

15年以上のセールス、事業開発の経験、または技術開発の経験をお持ちの方
Experience minimum 15 years as Sales & Business development and/or Engineering.

要マネージメント経験
Management Experience.
積極的なビジネス開発を行える方を求めます。
Assertive business developer expected.

海外出張あり。(主にアジア）
International business trip（Asean)

MUST - be living in Japan. (Applications from outside of Japan will not meet the requirements of our Client)
