Role Duties:
Run PMO for HNW business build-out
Manage TSA, legal entity, and licensing setup
Coordinate C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders
Track milestones, risks, and interdependencies
Role Requirements:
8+ years commercial PMO / transformation experience
M&A, carve-out, or new entity setup exposure
Strong stakeholder and C-suite engagement skills
Cantonese, English, Mandarin – must be trilingual
