What you'll be doing
- Qualifying inbound leads and booking meetings with the right decision-makers
- Staying in regular contact with 25 operations managers nationwide to farm and grow existing patches
- Hunting new business
- Putting together proposals for smaller jobs
- Owning website enquiries end-to-end
- Keeping the CRM (HubSpot) accurate and current, every week
- Reporting on activity weekly to senior leadership
- Supporting the BD lead on bigger-ticket opportunities
- Business development experience
- A genuine go-getter attitude
- A talent for finding the right contact, asking for referrals, and creating your own opportunities
- Existing networks in aged care, commercial, or related sectors are a bonus
- Comfortable working the phones: this is a phone-first role, not face-to-face sales
