Engineering and/or Project Management for embedded software (Japan Market)

'AUTOSAR等組込みソフトウェアに関し、エンジニアリングやエンジニアリングプロジェクトをマネージメントする事により、顧客における複雑な問題を分析し、顧客のプロジェクトを成功に導く事を使命とします。

'Regarding to the embedded software such as AUTOSAR, through analyzing complicated customer's issue, offering the suitable solution through technical engineering / managing the project, success in the customer project is the goal of the mission.

i) ETASツールを使用しつつ、顧客に既存のリソースも考慮しながら、最適なソリューションを検討し提案します。

With ETAS tools, study suitable solution and offer it to customer considering customer's existing resources.

ii) 必要に応じて、世界中に点在するコンサルティング/エンジニアと協力しながら、ソリューションを構築します。

On demand, establish suitable solution cooperating with consulting engineers located around the world.

iii) ソリューションの納入に当たっては、顧客に適切なトレーニングを実施します。

In parallel with the delivery of solution to the customer, appropriate training will be done.

Requirements

・技術系の学位保持者（コンピュータサイエンス・エレクトロニクス等)

Engineering degree required (computer science, electronics, or related)

・組み込みシステムに関する全般的な知識／実践経験

Experience in embedded software development,engineering or consultancy

・AUTOSAR関連実務経験があるとベター

Experience in AUTOSAR has an advantage

・幅広い顧客プロジェクトに対し柔軟にサービスを提供できるフレキシビリティ

Flexibility to bring significant contributions to a wide range of customer projects in the area of embedded software development.

・開発をリードし、コンサルティングやサービスを提供するための強いプロジェクトマネジメントスキルおよび経験

Strong project management skills and experience of leading development and consulting/services projects.

・プレゼンテーションスキルとビジネス英語力は必修、継続して自己研鑽する向上心のある方

Business presentation skills and Business level English skill are mandatory. Hopefully have an ambition to study hard continuously.
