The Role
Our client is a high-profile organisation with a large number of property assets and construction projects of all sizes and complexities. We currently have a role in their team working on a range of projects related to construction and building projects.
Essential skills in stakeholder engagement, a building-construction background, budget and financial project/client side project management skills and experience are essential to this role.
With a keen attention to detail and expert management skills, the Project Managers ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Applicants must have end to end project management skills and experience.
- Key duties will include: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Consult with internal clients to scope projects
- Issue tender documents
- Work closely with consultants and contractors
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Attend site and project meetings
- Consult with both internal and external stakeholders
- Budgetary and document management
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
