Acting for significant property funds, institutional investors, social impact enterprises, government entities and private sector clients, the team is recognised for its involvement in complex real estate and development projects across Australia.

The Timing
With a consistently strong pipeline of acquisitions, developments and leasing work, the team is looking to invest in another lawyer as client demand continues to grow. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on significant transactions.

The Work Itself
You'll work across the full spectrum of commercial property matters, from major acquisitions and disposals through to development projects and commercial leasing. Acting for sophisticated public and private sector clients, you'll gain exposure to significant transactions while building the commercial perspective and technical capability needed to become a trusted property lawyer.

You are a Property Lawyer with 2+ years' PAE and experience across property transactions or leasing matters. You're looking for greater client exposure and a team that will support your growth. Strong technical skills, commercial judgement and a client-focused approach will be highly regarded.
