The Work Itself
You'll help major employers navigate complex workplace challenges, from sensitive investigations and employee disputes through to organisational change, major transactions and workforce strategy. As your practice develops, you'll also gain exposure to industrial relations and workplace safety matters, including enterprise bargaining, regulatory issues and proceedings before the Fair Work Commission, giving you a broad and highly marketable workplace relations skillset.

Sound Like You?
You may be an Employment Lawyer with 2+ years' PAE gained in private practice, government or an in-house environment. You'll have strong technical foundations, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in developing your career in employment law. You enjoy working closely with clients, collaborating with colleagues and being challenged by complex workplace issues.
