You've built solid foundations in insurance litigation, personal injuries or general liability and are ready for more responsibility. You're looking for quality mentoring, direct client exposure and the opportunity to develop your practice across a diverse range of liability matters.
The Firm
We're partnering with a highly regarded Australian insurance and commercial disputes firm known for its expertise across professional liability, financial lines and complex litigation. The firm has built longstanding relationships with major insurers and their insureds and is recognised for delivering practical, commercially focused advice on high-stakes matters.
The Timing
The team is continuing to grow and is looking to invest in a Solicitor or Associate who wants to establish themselves within insurance litigation. You'll work closely with an experienced practitioner, gain early responsibility and play a meaningful role on matters from day one.
The Work Itself
You'll help insurers, businesses and insured clients navigate liability claims arising from real-world incidents and commercial disputes. One day might involve a contractor liability claim arising from a construction project, while the next could see you working on a workplace injury matter, property damage dispute or contractual indemnity issue.
As your experience grows, you'll become increasingly involved in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings, building a broad liability practice across a diverse range of industries and claim types.

Sound Like You?
You may be a Solicitor or Associate with 1-3 years' PAE in insurance litigation, personal injuries, general liability or commercial litigation.
You'll bring strong analytical and communication skills, sound commercial judgement and a genuine interest in litigation. Most importantly, you'll enjoy working closely with clients, taking ownership of your matters and continuing to develop your career within a specialist insurance practice.
