The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience
- Strong multifamily HVAC construction experience preferred
- Experience delivering multi-story multifamily or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets and financial performance
- Ability to read drawings, specifications and contract documents
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
