Location: Singapore (Onsite)
Employment Type: 12 months contract 
Salary: Up to SGD 9,500/month (commensurate with experience)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Management Lead to drive end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within a technology-driven supply chain environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product launch initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution from development through commercialization.

This is a business-focused project management role requiring strong NPI, product lifecycle, and supply chain experience within the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end NPI and product launch programs, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Drive project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Product Management, and Business teams to ensure successful execution.
• Manage program dependencies, resolve issues proactively, and drive timely decision-making.
• Track project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives across NPI and supply chain functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience within the technology, electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, or hardware industry.
• Proven experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI), product launch, or product commercialization programs.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional program delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.
• Experience working with regional or global teams is highly preferred.

Preferred

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certifications.
• Exposure to AI-driven initiatives, digital transformation, or innovation programs.
