Jayce Grayye Consulting is hiring a Content Creator for one of our clients that is a leading provider for turnkey, ready-to-go online stores/businesses! They specialize in building, managing & scaling Ecommerce companies and are constantly staying up to date with the latest trends in marketing & technology. Their entrepreneurial founders started Ecommerce marketing back in 2007. Since then they have several 6 & 7 figure brands & built a dynamic media buying team that works exclusively with their qualified clients to ensure their stores succeed.  With their agency’s full-service package, the client can focus on their daily tasks while they handle all the back end.

Our client is fully equipped to take care of other brands' advertising work, creative work, and website optimization which is needed when it comes to making money and managing any Ecommerce store from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok, influencers and more. Offering a variety of services has helped their company grow significantly over the last few years and become featured in major publications like Forbes & USA Today. 

The content creator will work strategically with their Media Buying (Advertising Team) to create videos and pictures for E-Commerce Websites. Content Creators are the primary point of contact for content creation -- handling all content projects and communications to the team for them. They work directly with other parts of the leadership teams to make sure that clients receive exceptional results and impeccable service with their content.

A Content Creator is simultaneously a content specialist in creating enticing creatives at the highest quality and fastest turnarounds. As a result, you need strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills. You must be prepared for a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable making decisions without direct supervision. You are committed to providing high-quality service above all else.

Structure & Compensation

• Full Time Position between 30-40 hours a week depending on tasks
• Office Based Brickell Miami:  Infinity Building. 40 SW 13th St. Ste PH3. Miami FL 33131
• Monthly Salary Starting at $2400 USD a Month 
• W2 Position

What This Opportunity Entails

• Managing a book of 20-25 content projects per month once trained, serving as the team's sole point of contact via Slack and Zoom on content creation.
• Content creation for Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads deployment/launches.
• Maintaining and developing a relationship with the team
• Using the company core values to guide independent decisions about content projects
• Continuously innovating new methods to improve content creation systems and results
• Managing the entire content creation life-cycle, including pre-production planning, shooting execution and editing.
• Utilizing Agency spending accounts for content projects to be completed with additional locations, props and models.

Requirements:

• Most important is a positive attitude -- you see errors and system failure as an opportunity, not a burden.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
• Self-starter -- you are comfortable working remotely at times, managing projects and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
• Driven, competitive and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
• Strong attention to detail, time-management and organizational skills
• At least a basic knowledge of e-commerce and digital advertising fundamentals, with a keen interest in learning more
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules
• Proven project management skills with an emphasis on quality control
• Coachable --- you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
• Team player --- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed and delegate tasks
• Proactive --- you strive to get ahead of a problem, instead of waiting for it to become full-blown fire

Required Experience

• 1+ Years of content creation experience
• Direct Response Marketing experience, highly preferred with Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Youtube Ads and Social Media platforms
• Previous experience with remote working softwares preferred including Asana, Monday.com, Slack, Zapier, Zoom, etc.
