What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment and assist with machine setup and operation.
• Mix materials and prepare slurry according to production specifications.
• Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Read work instructions, machine diagrams, and production documents.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment.
• Identify damaged or defective materials and report issues to supervisors.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures while working with production materials and chemicals.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good reading, basic math, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are required.
• Ability to work safely around industrial chemicals.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety guidelines.
