The Opportunity
As the Head of P&C - Commercial Partnering & Systems, you will take on a broad senior leadership role across Commercial, Finance, Field Sales, reward, systems and people analytics.
A major focus of the role will be partnering directly with senior Commercial and Finance leaders, while also providing strategic oversight across people systems, remuneration, workforce insights and broader P&C governance. You will lead an experienced team and ensure key people priorities continue to progress across the 12-month maternity leave contract.

You will be an experienced senior People & Culture leader with a strong commercial mindset and the credibility to partner confidently with Director-level stakeholders.
You will bring broad generalist capability across business partnering, team leadership, systems, reward and employee relations, along with experience operating in a large and complex organisation. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or another enterprise HRIS will be highly regarded, as will experience within FMCG, manufacturing or a similarly complex consumer-facing environment.
You will be comfortable leading through specialist team members, balancing strategic oversight with practical delivery, and navigating multiple senior stakeholders across a fast-paced business.
The Process
The process will include an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, followed by a multi-stage interview process with the client, including a Hogan assessment and case study.

- Partner with senior Commercial and Finance leaders as a trusted P&C adviser
- Lead and support a team across commercial partnering, Field Sales, reward and systems
- Oversee the continued evolution and governance of the organisation’s HR systems environment
- Support upcoming SuccessFactors rollout activity and future module development
- Provide strategic oversight across remuneration, reward, reporting and workforce analytics
- Support Enterprise Agreement activity and complex ER/IR matters
- Contribute to workforce optimisation initiatives across a large national employee population
- Lead talent, succession, performance, change and broader P&C priorities across the Commercial portfolio
