You’ll deliver exceptional service, provide specialist advice to both retail and trade customers, and help drive store sales. - Manage inventory, shelf stocking, merchandising, and store presentation
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment
- Build lasting relationships with painters, builders, and DIY clients
- Background in painting, trade, or paint retail (ideal for painters looking for a new direction)
- Confident communicator with a sales-minded, customer-first approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical product knowledge
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a hands-on retail environment
- Tech-savvy with basic POS or stock control experience
- Current driver’s licence required
