Site Survey Manager – Data Centre Project

Helsinki, Finland | Rotation Available

We are seeking an experienced Site Survey Manager for a major data centre project in Helsinki.
This role will oversee all surveying activities on a large-scale earthworks package, including cut and fill operations, blasting, and site preparation works.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of surveyors on site
  • Oversee all setting out, levels, and survey control
  • Manage cut and fill volumes and material tracking
  • Coordinate survey data with 3D/BIM models
  • Ensure accuracy, QA, and compliance across all works
  • Liaise closely with engineering and construction teams in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Survey Manager or Senior Surveyor
  • Background in large-scale civil, infrastructure, or earthworks projects
  • Strong experience with cut and fill, volume calculations, and site levelling
  • Experience managing multiple surveyors on site
  • Competent in working with digital models and survey software
  • Data centre experience is advantageous but not essential
Package - Non Local (coming from outside of Finland)
  • 17/4 rotation available
  • Flights, accommodation and transport provided
  • Contract position
Locals (living in Helsinki or within a daily commutable distance)
  • Daily rate
  • Monday to Friday working schedule
