Average Daily Census: 6-11
Position: Interim Director of Pharmacy plus PIC
Skills preferred: Hospital & Omnicell experience
Texas pharmacist licensure required
Dates of Coverage needed: start 9/1/26 until perm hired
Coverage Hours needed: M-F 0900-1300 plus on-call after each shift and weekends
Order Entry System: HCS, will train
Site Automation: Omnicell, will train
Site Specialty Areas: Behavioral Health
Staff Size: 1 pharmacist, 1 per diem pharmacist
Site Background/History: Site lost CMS accreditation and is in process of ramping back up. New start with CPS from competitor.
Job Responsibilities/Expectations: Staffing and administrative responsibilities of PIC
Onsite training will be provided
