Fashion Advisor, WFJ - Crystals

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Luxury Watches & Fine Jewelry Advisor to join the team at their Las Vegas location. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused luxury sales professional who excels at client development, category expertise, and collaborating with boutique teams to grow business and elevate the client experience.

Job Duties Include:

• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through outreach, networking, and relationship management
• Drive sales through personalized consultations, product expertise, and exceptional client service
• Develop new business through client acquisition, referrals, and in-store traffic opportunities
• Partner closely with boutique teams to identify and grow opportunities within the watches and fine jewelry category
• Support after-sales service, repairs, and ongoing client follow-up
• Maintain merchandising presentation standards and assist with inventory management activities
• Share product knowledge and category expertise to support team development and client engagement
• Contribute to a collaborative boutique environment focused on long-term client relationships and business growth
• Additional duties as needed and assigned 

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably within watches, fine jewelry, high jewelry, or other high-end luxury categories
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing a loyal client base
• Strong clienteling, relationship-building, and business development abilities
• Experience cultivating both new and existing client relationships
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a partnership-driven approach to selling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and delivering elevated client experiences
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong focus on client acquisition and retention
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and selling styles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Foreign language skills are a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred

Pay: Up to $31 per hour + commission structure
