MP&L Delivery Coordinator

Manage scheduled deliveries with customers and suppliers
Achieve targets in terms of stock value and stock turnover.
Work effectively with the Visteon plant on semi-conductor shortage issues to ensure continued deliveries to Japanese customers.

Job Description:

1. establish supply chain and delivery modalities for new global business. Working with the Visteon global team to ensure on-time delivery at the most competitive price.
2. co-ordinate with suppliers and customers to optimise packaging specifications while ensuring product quality
3. manage customer orders, offers and receipt data into the company's core system (QAD), building and improving IT systems
4. achieve targets in terms of stock value and stock turnover.
5. report clearly on KPIs to superiors. Report on risks and opportunities as soon as possible.

Requirements

Skills/experience required:

1. at least 5 years' experience in the production planning department of an automotive component manufacturer
2. (production department or supply chain)
3. experience with ERP systems (e.g. QAD, SAP, etc.) in the supply chain
4. English: business level (written and oral)
5. Familiarity with the automotive business (e.g. deliveries, packing, EDI, design changes, end of production)
