About the Position

The school is seeking a 0.55 FTE Digital Technologies Teacher for the remainder of 2026 through to 26 January 2027. The teaching program is across Years 7–10.

Experience across programming, robotics, spreadsheets, project-based learning and design thinking would be particularly relevant.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Digital Technologies learning across Years 7–10.
  • Maintain safe and responsible digital learning practices and strong student welfare standards.
  • Communicate effectively regarding student learning, assessment and progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and technology integration.
  • Contribute to engaging, practical and project-based learning within the Technologies area.

Requirements

  • Current VIT registration or eligibility.
  • Relevant secondary Digital Technologies teaching capability.
  • Full Australian work rights.
  • Two professional referees and completion of HARKE’s safeguarding onboarding.
