Role Purpose
The Boutique Manager holds end-to-end accountability for the daily management, commercial performance, operational excellence, and leadership of the boutique. Acting as a brand ambassador, this role leads team development, inventory control, customer experience standards, and boutique safety.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Manpower Management

Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to drive high performance and foster a positive workplace culture.

Oversee manpower planning, work allocations, scheduling, and labor cost controls.

Conduct regular training, staff counseling, performance reviews, and active duty monitoring.
2. Sales Performance & Commercial Execution

Take full ownership of achieving monthly boutique sales targets and individual KPIs.

Ensure total adherence to company discount policies, pricing controls, and promotional guidelines.

Drive frontline engagement during brand events, marketing campaigns, and VIP customer initiatives.
3. Inventory Control & Purchasing Oversight

Maintain primary oversight and accountability for boutique stock, including regular stocktakes and loss prevention controls.

Serve as the first-level control point for purchasing requests, stock replenishments, and timepiece recommendations.

Ensure strict compliance with corporate inventory directives and discount parameters.
4. Customer Service Excellence

Maintain and champion top-tier luxury customer service standards throughout the store.

Continuously monitor customer interactions, providing real-time feedback, training, and reinforcement to staff.

Handle elevated customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion.
5. Boutique Operations, Safety & Maintenance

Enforce fire safety protocols, workplace safety measures, store security procedures, and secure stock transfer routines.

Maintain flawless store presentation, ensuring clean displays, safe furniture, and pristine general housekeeping (carpets, glass displays, fixtures, and air conditioning).
Qualifications & Key Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Retail Store/Boutique Manager, ideally within luxury watches, high jewelry, or premium retail.

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Demonstrated leadership capability in coaching, motivating, and managing retail teams.

Deep knowledge of retail operations, stock management procedures, and loss prevention.
-
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude and strong problem-solving ability.
