Site & Implementation Engineer (Huawei Products)

You will drive the physical deployment and standardisation of critical wireless infrastructure, ensuring seamless engineering execution across diverse indoor and outdoor environments. In this role, you will bridge the gap between initial site analysis, subcontractor oversight, and client coordination to deliver high-quality telecommunications solutions across Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-site surveys, equipment location planning, and cable routing schemes to produce precise engineering deliverables
• Formulate and review detailed work plans, method statements, and technical implementation documentation
• Manage relationships with clients and subcontractors, supervising on-site activities to maintain strict operational and safety standards
• Standardise survey, design, and engineering output templates across all deployment scenarios
• Communicate project milestones, risk factors, and schedules directly with key stakeholders
• Guide site construction and engineering teams throughout the end-to-end installation lifecycle

Requirement

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• 3+ years of wireless network engineering experience with operators, system integrators, or enterprise environments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite for technical engineering design and documentation
• Familiarity with Huawei wireless equipment, site power systems, and civil construction requirements
• Solid grasp of local Hong Kong site deployment regulations, execution standards, and safety guidelines
• Fluency in English with strong Cantonese communication skills preferred
