The Role:
- Develop and execute business development strategies and proactively acquire new clients and expand enterprise accounts
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand client pain points and map them to our software application ecosystem
- Pitch, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and procurement heads
- Collaborate with internal technical pre-sales and product teams to architect technical proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs
- Stay ahead of tech trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging cloud technologies to position our offerings effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven track record in B2B business development, account management, or sales within the IT/Software industry
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), SaaS delivery models, enterprise application software, and modern DevOps/digital transformation frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts simply to non-technical business buyers
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
