Integrated Marketing & Communication Manager (Automotive BU)

Our client is a heavy vehicle / truck maker.

This role will drive the planning and execution of all marketing and communications activities to support the Japan business. This role needs to align the marketing plan with the overall business goals & customer needs. 

In partnership with AP/China Marketing, Communications and cross functional team members, this role will be responsible for developing, deploying, and measuring the results of clear and compelling marketing programs including events, integrated marketing campaigns, lead and demand generation programs, and internal and external communications.

Requirements

- BA/BS degree in marketing communications, journalism, public relations or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience 5+years marketing experience including a demonstrated ability to produce effective communications and campaigns.
- Strong ability to communicate the value of wide range of technical products in a complex, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Passionate with marketing, dynamic, high energy team player.
- Mature, credible, patient, and hard- working.
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, able to multi-task and perform under pressure and willing to roll-up sleeves and do the work required to flawless execution.
- Experience in transportation industry is a plus. 
- Flexibility to develop strong relationships with multiple departments in a large, matrix organization.
- Excellent Japanese and English language abilities.
