Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to lead some of Sydney's most complex and high-profile projects?

I'm partnering with one of Australia's leading electrical contractors, renowned for delivering major mission-critical and healthcare projects across NSW. With an established reputation in the data centre and hospital sectors, they have consistently delivered large-scale projects over the past several years and continue to secure an impressive pipeline of work well into the future.

They are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of major projects. You'll be responsible for leading large-scale electrical construction projects while managing key client relationships, commercial outcomes and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of major electrical projects across data centres, hospitals and other complex commercial developments.
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement, commercial performance and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and site teams working across your projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
  • Drive project performance, ensuring safety, quality and programme objectives are consistently achieved.
About You
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale electrical D&C projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
  • Strong background managing complex projects within data centres, healthcare, commercial or other critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, contracts and financial performance.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop project delivery teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a client-focused approach.
