Site Manager - Regional NSW

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a $12M Health Facility project in Bourke, NSW.

This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a hands-on construction professional looking to step into a regional project and provide strong site leadership during the critical initial establishment phase.

The project is currently moving through its initial site establishment phase, with works including:

• Site establishment and set-up
• Remediation works
• Site sheds
• Surveying
• In-ground services
• Screw piling
• Subcontractor coordination
• Site safety, quality and compliance
• General site reporting and project correspondence

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Foreman
• Strong commercial construction experience
• Experience managing site establishment and early works
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Experience using HammerTech and Aconex
• Confidence managing project documentation, reporting and correspondence
• The ability to work independently in a regional environment
