You'll be the face of the office for visitors and guests, the right hand for several executives day to day, and the person who can step seamlessly into the EA-to-MD role when needed.

About The Role
You'll be the face of the office for visitors and guests, the right hand for several executives day to day, and the person who can step seamlessly into the EA-to-MD role when needed.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming clients and investors to the office, coffee, tea and a proper sandwich-and-scone spread is part of the job, not an afterthought
- Managing calendars, meetings and travel for senior executives, anticipating clashes before they happen
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence, presentations and reports to a genuinely finished standard
- Screening and managing email and phone enquiries on behalf of executives, exercising real discretion
- Preparing investor documentation and helping maintain CRM/investor platforms
- Running the office day to day, supplies, vendors, housekeeping, first-line IT troubleshooting
- Experience in an administrative, executive support or coordination role — exposure to senior executives is a strong plus
- 3+ years' experience in Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Senior Administration roles within fast-paced, financial services, real estate, legal, or high-growth environments.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a genuine dislike of loose ends
- Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients
- Strong written communication and a sharp eye for proofreading
- Comfort with Microsoft 365, calendars, travel and expenses
- A real interest in investments and the world of investing — you don't need to be a finance expert, but you should be curious about it
