Looking for a hands-on manufacturing position with opportunities to learn and grow? We are seeking a dependable Heat Treat Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll help process metal components while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

What You'll Do:

  • Load and unload metal parts into heat treat furnaces.
  • Operate heat treat equipment following work instructions.
  • Monitor furnace temperatures, cycle times, and production processes.
  • Inspect parts throughout the process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Read and follow work orders and production specifications.
  • Record production information and complete required paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Heat treat experience is a plus but not required we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
