Customer Software Technical Project Manager (Sensors)

Mission：
The Customer Software Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing the planning and technical activities of the software development from the design phase till the complete integration, validation & start of production of the projects, and is the main window person with the customer for all related SW topics.

Responsibilities：

Methodology：

• Contributes to the definition of the software methodology in accordance with R&D Operations Manager.
• Ensures the correctness and the execution of the technical design reviews on his projects.

Management：

• Manage the resources of his projects (status progress, tasks, …)
• Validates and optimizes the workload plan for his projects.
• Drives the weekly meeting of his team.
• Ensure the communication with the customer on all SW related topics, from requirements until final SW delivery.

Technical Management：

• Contributes to identification of the required standard bricks in accordance with SW Manager.
• Contributes to identification of the required standard tools in accordance with SW Manager.
• Contributes to the capitalizations and the required evolutions to improve the development processes.
• Contributes to identification of the required make or buy strategy in accordance with SW Manager.
• Manage the SW Planning and action plan.
• Manage the change management of his project and prepare the SwCCB
• Manage the Requirement Management
• Ensures the correctness of application of the standards.

Budget Management：

• Defines the budget for his projects.
• Follows up and tracks the budget and updates the 3 months forecast view of his projects.
• Contributes to the R&D efficiency plan of his project in accordance with SW Team Leader.

Reporting and Meeting participation：

• Reports progresses, technical reviews and issues of his project to Operations Manager and System PM.
• Attends the daily meeting with Operations Manager and System PM.
• Support the System PM in project reviews when needed.
• Participates in review meetings when needed.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in “Embedded Real time” SW developments
• Langage C
• MBD
• Architecture Temps reel OSEK , AutoSAR
• 5 to 10 years in Embedded SW developments and associated testing.
• English and Japanese: more than business level
