Due to a well deserved internal promotion, our growing Technology and Business Transformation team is on the hunt for an exceptional Candidate Delivery Consultant. Working closely with highly experienced professionals, key challenges will include keeping up with the pace of delivery, identifying New Zealand’s very best talent, managing expectations (internally and externally), as well as prioritising workloads with differing timeframes.

  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing, talent pooling, or end to end recruitment (IT, digital, or project services background is a massive plus).
  • The ability to build genuine relationships with candidates, not just broadcast LinkedIn messages.
