About the Role
Our client is a leading international life insurance brokerage specialising in bespoke insurance and wealth planning solutions for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.
They are seeking detail-oriented and client-focused individuals to oversee post-sales servicing, policy reviews, and client relationship support, working closely with private bankers, insurers, trustees, and internal stakeholders.

They are seeking detail-oriented and client-focused individuals to oversee post-sales servicing, policy reviews, and client relationship support, working closely with private bankers, insurers, trustees, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing servicing of HNW life insurance policies, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client requests.
- Conduct annual policy reviews with clients and private bankers, identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Prepare annual policy review reports, client documentation and servicing materials.
- Liaise with private banks, insurers and trustees on policy administration and offshore insurance holding structures.
- Coordinate client due diligence and regulatory documentation, including KYC, AML, FATCA, UK CDOT and CRS requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records, servicing reports and policy information.
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners to deliver a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the wealth management industry.
- Knowledge of HNW life insurance, trust arrangements and corporate holding structures is advantageous.
- Familiarity with policy servicing, client due diligence and regulatory compliance requirements.
