We are seeking an ambitious Sales & Design Consultant to join our client's growing team. This role combines consultative sales with solution design, helping homeowners and businesses transition to clean, cost-effective solar energy solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their energy needs.
- Conduct site assessments and gather project requirements.
- Design customised solar energy solutions using company tools and software.
- Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, consultative selling, or account management.
- Experience within solar, electrical, construction, energy, home improvement, or related industries highly regarded.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology.
- Current driver's licence.
