About the Role Reporting directly to the Quality Director, you will take ownership of quality delivery across multiple suppliers and packages. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring QA/QC compliance, managing risk, and driving strong reporting and scheduling outcomes across EPC/EPCM projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier quality, inspection, and surveillance activities
- Oversee QA/QC processes across procurement, fabrication, and construction
- Drive risk management, scheduling, and reporting outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Australian and international codes and standards
- Review engineering design and assess quality through to commissioning
- Maintain technical records, documentation, and quality deliverables
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar role on EPC/EPCM projects
- Strong background in minerals processing / smelter environments
- Proven expertise in QA/QC systems and ISO 9001 standards
- Experience across fabrication, inspection, and construction practices
- Solid understanding of ASME, welding, and relevant engineering standards
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, tenacious approach
