Just flagging our requirement for a Temp in August from Friday 7th (handover with our onsite Manager, Desiana) until Tuesday 25th August (Handover back to our onsite Manager, Desiana), while she is overseas on leave.
We need someone:
- Quite confident, able to work autonomously yet part of a team, as they are typically the only S&C team member onsite; with myself and Sarah (Sales) visiting 1-2 days per week + weekly online teams meetings with wider team.
- Comfortable with meeting / event space setups for workshops, meetings – experience with simple AV / booking systems is great
- Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication
- Can-do attitude, to maintain the office incl. dishwashers, printers, member pantry, access for members etc.
- Easily learn new technology/systems
- Onsite Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm
