職務内容ミッション：
新規アプリケーションプロジェクトの組立工程の実現
組立工程の生産効率の改善活動
組立工程ノウハウの構築と資産化
新しい組立工程のデザインおよび新しい生産設備の実現
新規導入設備のパフォーマンスと価格の最適化

Mission：
To lead the industrialisation of the new P1
To improve the production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in its perimeter
Capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in his domain
To participate on the design of new equipment and new lines
To lead Lean design workshop

Industrialisation 工程の実現活動

ヴァレオグループの手法を理解し、設備投資プロジェクトを推進する
ヴァレオグループの手法を理解し、新規導入設備のパフォーマンスと価格を最適化する
組立ラインの生産技術者として新規製品開発プロジェクトに参画する
サプライヤーと共に組立設備・工程の開発を行う
２D-CADを使い治具を設計、またはサプライヤーの治具設計を評価する
P-FMEAやコントロールプランの作成に参加する
サプライヤーやその下請業者による設備導入工事を管理する
組立設備をセットアップし、工程の評価計画を提案する
組立設備・工程のトライアルを実施し報告書を作成する
工程のKPIの調査および目標KPIの達成
計画立ててFDPR(Full Day Production Run≒Run At Rate)の準備を管理する
検収条件を正しく定義し、社内規則に則って設備を検収する

Mass production 量産活動

PLCプログラムを設計、またはサプライヤーが設計したPLCプログラムを評価する
PLCによる設備制御に関連した信頼性の問題をトラブルシューティングし解決する
自動工程のファインチューニングや既存マニュアル工程を自動化する活動に参画する
MES(製造実行システム)などのデジタル・アプリケーションを展開する
QCDMをモニタリングし改善を提案する
設備投資・材料費・人件費を最適化するためサイクルタイム短縮を行う
製造部門への支援（教育、データ分析、問題解決）
サプライヤーとの連絡のやり取り（改善・支援の要請）
製造部門のデイリーミーティングに参画する

Standardisation 標準化活動

上位組織によって作られた標準を検証・評価する
各生産拠点によって提案された標準の変更について検証・評価する
自身の領域内の標準を理解し、適用し、推奨する
4M変更の内容を調査し標準レポートに沿って上申できる

Environnement 環境活動

ヴァレオグループの安全衛生規則を遵守する
5Sレベルを改善および維持する

Responsibilities：
Industrialisation

To lead projects of investment introducing production equipments, with procedures of Valeo
To optimize cost and performance of investment plan, with procedures of Valeo
To participate projects of new product developments as assembly engineer
To design small fixtures and/or validate the supplier proposals
To participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN
To manage a setup of equipments or assembly lines installed by suppliers and/or constructors
To set up equipment and propose process validation plan
To perform trials on the lines and deliver reports
To search and achieve KPI of equipments and process
To built action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPR(Run At Rate)
To define the acceptance criteria for new equipments or assembly lines and perform the acceptance with procedures of Valeo Group

Mass production

Be able to design PLC program, or validate the program designed by suppliers
Be able to troubleshoot and solve the machines’ reliability issues linked to PLC
Participate actively to the automation roll-out plan of its entity, developing and fine-tuning automated stations
Deploy the digital applications, such as the MES deployment
To monitor QCDM and propose improvement
To work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costs
To support production team ( training, analysis, problem solving)
To be in contact with the suppliers ( improvement, support)
To participe to a daily meeting of production team

Standardisation

Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards which are created by Standard Owners
Validate any change of standard proposed by sites
To know, apply and promote the standards ( PG, sites or corporate) in his domain
Be able to research and propose any change of standard from his domain

Environnement

Ensure the respect of Safety and Environment procedures of Valeo Group
Maintain the 5S and report issues
Alert for safety rules infringement

Requirements

3 to 4 years degree, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
大学卒業程度　工学部

MUST
3-5 years of experience and knowledge regarding assembly process engineering
経験年数：　組立ラインの生産技術者として3-5 年の知識・経験

PREFERABLE
Experience and knowledge regarding screw tightening and/or press-fitting
ネジ締め工程　圧入工程　に関する知識・経験

Japanese (fluent) + English (TOEIC score 585 or equivalent)
日本語（ネイティブレベル）　＋　英語（日常会話レベル　TOEIC585）　

Other：
Knowledge of PLC used in his perimeter : OMRON, MITSUBISHI, KEYENCE
Knowledge of Lan networks : Industrial Networks ( profinet , …) : DeviceNet, CC-link
Knowledge of industry 4.0 application: MES

その他：
経験や知識を求められるPLC：オムロン、三菱、キーエンス
