Graduate Finance and Client Services Associate

We are seeking a bright, motivated and proactive Graduate Finance & Client Services Associate to join a high-performing team within the finance sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is looking to develop commercial skills, gain exposure to lending and financial services, and work closely with experienced industry professionals.

We're looking for someone who is switched on, eager to learn, takes initiative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous industry experience is not essential – attitude, aptitude and potential are what matter most.
The Opportunity Working closely with senior professionals, you will play an important role supporting clients, coordinating processes and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is a varied role that offers exposure across client service, operations, administration and business support, making it an ideal platform for someone looking to build a long-term career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and management of client applications and transactions
• Liaise with clients and other external stakeholders
• Prepare documentation and maintain accurate records
• Conduct research and gather information to support business activities
• Respond to client enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with scheduling, coordination and follow-up activities
• Support process improvement initiatives across the business
• Contribute to projects and business development activities as required
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the team

You may be a recent graduate or have 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, banking, sales support or another professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is advantageous but not essential
