Technical Offer

You will drive seamless daily operations and elevate the end-user experience by providing robust Tier 1/2 IT support, managing core Microsoft cloud platforms, maintaining endpoint security, and supporting critical server and meeting room infrastructure for senior management and business users across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across phone, email, ticket, and walk-in channels
• Perform troubleshooting, software deployment, and performance optimization for Windows and macOS endpoints
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Active Directory
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device provisioning, MDM, endpoint security monitoring, and compliance
• Support meeting room AV systems, video conferencing, server room operations, and vendor coordination
• Handle IT asset lifecycle tracking, inventory management, onboarding/offboarding setups, and root cause analysis

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of end-user support and 3 years of hands-on onsite support experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and Intune/Endpoint Management
• Proven track record supporting senior management/VIPs and environments with 200+ users
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, and network fundamentals
• Relevant certifications such as MD-102, MS-900, CompTIA A+/Network+, or ITIL Foundation
• Fluent Cantonese and good English communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders
