You will drive business growth across the agency channel by conceptualizing, planning, and executing effective sales promotional campaigns, incentive schemes, and major agency events. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, senior management, and agency leaders to align marketing initiatives with corporate growth strategies and track campaign ROI.

- Design and execute creative sales promotion campaigns, contests, and incentive programs
- Monitor campaign performance, budget utilization, and ROI tracking
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for agency events, overseas conventions, and sales meetings
- Develop internal promotional communications, newsletters, and presentation decks
- Analyze sales data and agent participation trends to refine promotion designs
- Drive cross-departmental projects including contest digitalization and app feature enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Promotion, Agency Marketing, or Event Marketing
- Direct working background within the Life Insurance or Financial Services industry
- Proven project management, event organization, and sales data analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse agency stakeholders and senior executives
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, alongside MS Office skills
