Electrical Package Manager

Silverback is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a major data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden. This is a site-based position responsible for managing the delivery of electrical works, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of the electrical package from installation through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team.
• Review and manage method statements, risk assessments, technical submittals, and RFIs.
• Monitor programme progress and support planning, reporting, and scope changes.
• Ensure quality inspections, testing, commissioning, and project documentation are completed to the required standards.
• Maintain accurate as-built records and O&M documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an Electrical Package Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering electrical packages on data centre or other mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical building services installations and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
