This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and a clear path for growth in the exciting world of recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating and writing blog content

  • Develop social media posts, graphics, and marketing materials

  • Help maintain and update website content through our website platform

  • Support SEO initiatives and keyword optimization

  • Assist with email campaigns and marketing communications

  • Create graphics using Canva and other design tools

  • Help analyze marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics

  • Support brand awareness initiatives across multiple office locations

  • Assist with recruiting and employment marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on special projects and creative ideas

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or graphic design tools preferred

  • Interest in content writing, branding, and digital marketing

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Benefits/Compensation

  • Paid internship opportunity

  • Opportunity for college internship credit if applicable

  • Part-Time 10 hours/week during 1st shift based out of Career Concepts Erie office with support across all offices

  • Pay is up to $13/hour
