Machine Operator/1st/Monroe

               Machine Operators – 1st Shift
 
 A leading manufacturing company is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators for its 1st shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure products meet established quality and production standards.
 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:55 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
 
 Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform manufacturing operations in accordance with company production and quality standards.  

• Monitor machinery to ensure products remain within required specifications.  

• Trim excess material (flash) and properly remove gates from molded parts.  

• Print, assemble, sort, drill, gauge, and inspect parts as required.  

• Identify and report quality or equipment issues promptly.  

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.  

• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions. 

  Qualifications: 

• Ability to remain focused and attentive throughout the shift.  

• Flexibility to move between workstations and perform a variety of production tasks.  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.
