With continued growth across the education infrastructure sector, an opportunity now exists for a highly organised Tender Coordinator to support the successful delivery of education projects across multiple states.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with Business Development Managers across NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT, you will play an important role in supporting major education and infrastructure projects.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, managing information, interpreting specifications and ensuring high-quality submissions are delivered accurately and on time.

You will work across a range of project opportunities, helping source products, prepare quotations, coordinate suppliers, manage documentation and support tender submissions from initial enquiry through to project award.

This is a highly collaborative role where your organisation, attention to detail and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tender and project submissions across multiple concurrent opportunities
  • Review project specifications, architectural drawings and FF&E schedules
  • Match product requirements to suitable solutions and alternatives
  • Source pricing and product information from approved third-party suppliers
  • Prepare accurate quotations and supporting tender documentation
  • Maintain tender registers, project pipelines and submission schedules
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers to support project opportunities
  • Liaise with architects, builders, procurement teams and project stakeholders
  • Coordinate information across Sales, Operations, Product and Service Delivery teams
  • Track project outcomes, feedback and future opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of tender processes and systems
  • About You
To be successful, you will bring:
  • Experience in tender coordination, bid support, project administration or quotation management
  • Exposure to commercial furniture, fit-out, building products, construction support or specification-based environments
  • Experience interpreting specifications, schedules and technical documentation
  • The ability to read and understand architectural drawings and layouts
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support team success
  • Confidence working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
Please know that any experience within commercial furniture, education furniture, fit-out or specification-driven environments will be highly regarded.
