Taking over market share, we are looking for a high calibre recruitment professional to join our growing team and business. The main responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing applicants through various channels
• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients (new and existing)
• Generate new business through strategic and targeted business development activities
• Nurture candidate relationships and ensure quality service is provided at every interaction
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure a seamless recruitment process for clients

We are looking for applicants that possess the following skills:

• Either specific recruitment experience or exposure to sales, accounting/finance, or HR fields.
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate a growth mindset, thrive on building relationships and achieving goals
• Have the ability to work in a process and target driven environment
• Exhibit exceptional client management skills and the capability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
