- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- A basic understanding of mechanical systems, with familiarity with HVAC terminology such as AHUs (Air Handling Units). Deep technical knowledge is not required.
- A driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to play a key role in growing a successful business development function.
