あなたのミッション:

・事業部の主要な監視を行うことにより、ゼネラルマネージャーと経営陣をサポートする。

・業績評価指標

・業績改善計画の策定と指導

・月次決算、予算、中期計画の策定。

・フリーキャッシュフローの最適化および監視

・内部統制の推進と改善

Your Mission:

・ Support General Manager and management team by monitoring the Business unit key performance indicator

・ Identify and lead performance improvement plans

・ Perform month end closing, budget and mid term plan

・ Optimise & monitor Free Cash Flow

・ Lead and improve Internal control

Requirements

応募資格:

•  Completed degree course in a business subject with a focus on Accounting or Finance

• Relevant experience in finance, accounting and controlling (minimum 10 years), ideally in the automotive industry

• Fluency in written and spoken English & Japanese

• Excellent Excel skills

• SAP FI CO would be an advantage

• 会計または財務を中心としたビジネス科目の学位課程を修了していること。

• 自動車業界での財務、会計、管理の関連業務経験（最低10年）。

• 英語と日本語の両方が流暢に話せること。

• 優れたエクセル・スキル

• SAP FI COがあれば尚可
